100% Pinot Gris
Vineyard: Sustainably farmed on our 0.5 acre plot planted in 2012 in alluvial soil.
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested on October 7^th at 19.7 brix, destemmed, crushed, then left on the skins for 24 hours prior to being gently pressed and fermented with ambient yeasts. The wine was aged in stainless steel before being bottled unfined and unfiltered in May 2023.

Numbers: Alc./vol 12%; T.A. 6.25; pH 3.3; RS 0.96g/L
Tasting Notes: Aromas of pink grapefruit, strawberries, and tea leaves. Bone dry, structured and zesty in the mouth, with a lingering saline minerality.
