Vineyard: Grown on our 0.5-acre plot planted in 2012 in alluvial soil
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested on September 22nd at 23 brix, de-stemmed, crushed, and gently pressed prior to fermentation with ambient yeasts. The wine was aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels for 6 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered in May 2024.

Numbers: Alc./vol 14.1%; T.A. 6.2; pH 3.41; RS 2.3g/L
Tasting Notes: Bold aromas of pineapple, lime, and sweet undertones of bee’s wax. Crisp on the palate, dry and crisp, with juicy tropical notes and a mineral, slightly bitter finish.
