Vineyard: Grown on our half-acre plot planted in 2012 on an ancient river bed.
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested on October 7th at 22.5 brix, crushed, destemmed, then gently pressed prior to fermentation and aging in stainless steel for 12 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered in May, 2023.
Production: 67 cases
Numbers: Alc./vol 13.4%; T.A. 5.8; pH 3.43; RS 1.1g/L
Tasting Notes: Vibrant aromas of peach, passion fruit, lemon, and honeysuckle. On the palate, dry, with notes of stone fruit, citrus, and a lingering pithy, saline finish.
