Vineyard: Grown on our 3-acre plot planted in 2016 in alluvial soil.
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested on September 27th at 22.2 brix, crushed, destemmed, then gently pressed prior to fermentation and aging in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak barrels for 12 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered in May 2023

Numbers: Alc./vol 13.6%; T.A. 6.2; pH 3.3; RS 1.6g/L
Tasting Notes: Wonderfully aromatic, this vintage displays notes of Asian pear, starfruit, lime, and elderflower. On the palate, orchard fruits and crisp citrus followed by a clean, subtly mineral finish.
