Vineyard: Grown on our 3-acre plot planted in 2016 in alluvial soil.
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested on September 21st at 22.4 brix, destemmed, crushed, then gently pressed prior to fermentation with ambient yeasts. The wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 6 months prior to bottling in May 2024, unfined and unfiltered.

Numbers: Alc./vol 13.7%; T.A. 6.1; pH 3.43; RS 1.7g/L
Tasting Notes: Beautifully balanced, with juicy pear, lemon meringue, and jasmine on the nose. Soft citrus on the palate, with a smooth mineral finish.
