100% Pinot Gris
Vineyard: Sustainably farmed on our 0.5 acre plot planted in 2012 in alluvial soil.
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested on September 22^nd at 20.6 brix. After crush, the grapes were left on the skins for 24 hours prior to gently pressing. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Bottled unfiltered in May, 2024.
Production: 100 cases
Numbers: Alc./vol 12.7%; T.A. 6.2; pH 3.34; RS 5.51g/L
Tasting Notes: Fresh aromas of field strawberries, apricot, and lemon. These juicy notes follow through on the palate with a silky mouthfeel and a refreshingly crisp, citrus finish.
