Vineyard: Grown on our 3-acre plot planted in 2012-6 in alluvial soil.
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested, gently de-stemmed and pressed, prior to fermentation and aging in stainless steel for 12 months. Bottled September, 2022.

Numbers: Alc./vol 12%; T.A. 6.38; pH 3.28; RS 0.95
Tasting Notes: Aromas of pear, lime, and elderflower. Crisp and dry on the palate, with notes of anjou pear, citrus, and a delicate mineral, floral finish.
