Vineyard: Grown on our 0.5-acre plot planted in 2012 on an ancient river bed
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested at 20.2 brix, gently de-stemmed and crushed, fermented in stainless steel, 50% aged in lightly toasted French new oak for 3 months. Bottled March 2022, unfined and unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of crisp green apple, frangipane, and lemongrass. Soft and elegant on the palate, with notes of green apple, toasted almonds, lemon, and a lengthy clean and crisp mineral finish.
