Vineyard: Sustainably farmed on our 3.5-acre plots planted in 2012-6 in alluvial soil.
Wine making: Grapes were hand-harvested, gently de-stemmed and pressed. Juice was inoculated with a pied de cuve and bottled at 1.8 brix, allowing final fermentation to occur in the bottle. Bottles were hand-disgorged with no dosage November, 2022.

Numbers: Alc./vol 14.1%; T.A. 5.6; pH 3.47; RS 5.43g/L
Tasting Notes: Aromas of nectarine, pear, lime, and orange blossoms. On the palate, a delicate mousse with notes of pear, citrus, and a zesty, mineral finish.
